You will love the friendly snuggeries of our restaurant, where we offer a varied choice of delicious food and drinks. Let the landlord and chef Peter Brugger spoil you with his specialities.

Our inn is known for housemade cakes and local delicacies, such as Austrian speck (some kind of smoked prosciutto), Bierkäse ("beer cheese"), Pinzgauer Kasnocken (Gnocchi-like spaetzle made from flour and eggs with melted local cheese) and many more.

When the weather is nice, our guests prefer sitting in our yard to dine, have a drink or just relax and be surrounded by pure nature. Don't be surprised if a cow comes to dine with you...

Garden Gasthof Siggen

Some ladies and gentlemen from BBC Holiday in London visited us to shoot a TV report about the Tauern bike bath. This was the first time we droved our cows through the yard on purpose. We found the visit from London very amusing - the producer was convinced that the animals with horns were bulls and those without cows. They were quite disappointed to see that cows don't care about filmsets and cameras and that they just do what they want. This proves that a farm holiday in our house can broaden your horizon!
